Trillions of Christmas Island red crabs invasion

Christmas Island red crabs are famous for their annual Q4 migration to the sea in order to lay their eggs in the ocean. During their invasion, the crabs cover the routes to the coast so densely that they can be seen from the air. Volunteers shovel the crabs off the roads and, although no harm is intended, 2 of the 150 millions of crabs inevitably get injured. But that’s ok, because every female lays 100,000 eggs. Watch what happens when the crab population temporarily jumps from millions to trillions!
