Giant African Hand Snail
Oops, that was meant to say Giant African Land Snail (GALS) — also known as Agate Snail or Ghana Tiger Snail — is the largest land snail on Earth. Honestly, those creatures are freaking huge… They weigh up to 2 pounds (900g) and easily attain a length of 15.5 inches (39cm) from head to tail. This video shows a Giant African Land Snails being held in someone’s hand or arm… they are fascinating pets, require little or no attention, eat all kinds of fruits and vegetables, and are very easy to keep.
